Scorpion stings are on the rise as Valley temperatures heat up. Banner Good Samaritan Poison and Drug Information Center reported 66 calls for scorpion stings in the past week. That’s up from 49 calls in the previous week. Poison Control officials say the warmer weather is bringing out the creepy crawly desert creatures.
